This 3D tube bender is designed for manufacturers that require bends in multiple planes without manual re-fixturing. The Y, B, and C axes operate under industrial computer control, enabling fully automatic mandrel-on or mandrel-off bending cycles. The touch screen operating panel allows operators to input, store, and display bending programs and production orders. Key functions include bending springback compensation, error self-diagnosis with alarm, memory retention after power loss, automatic lubrication, and safety protection interlocks. With a maximum bending speed of 30°/sec and a rotation speed of 160°/sec on the Z axis, the machine maintains consistent cycle times across complex parts.
