Product Description
The GM-SB-76CNC series integrates mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems with Italian tube-bending technology. The VDU-free touch screen operating panel enables operators to input, store, and display bending data and production orders. The Y, B, and C motion axes are controlled by an industrial computer, supporting fully automatic mandrel-on or mandrel-off high-speed bending. Advanced functions include bending springback compensation, error self-diagnosis with alarm, memory retention after power loss, automatic lubrication, and safety protection. With a 7.5kW system motor and a maximum bending speed of 30°/sec, this machine is sized for continuous industrial operation.
The computer numerical control system stores multiple bending programs, enabling quick changeover between part numbers. Once a program is validated, the machine reproduces each bend sequence automatically, reducing operator dependency and supporting consistent output across production runs.
Both the rotation axis (Z) and feed axis (X) use 1.5kW Mitsubishi servo motors, delivering a rotation speed of 160°/sec and a feeding speed of 800mm/sec. The Nemicon angle controller monitors bend angles to ±0.10°, supporting the interchangeability required by industrial pipe fabricators.
The machine accepts bending dies, clamp dies, pressure dies, mandrels, and wiper dies (optional), covering a range of tube diameters from the minimum bending radius of 30mm to the standard maximum of 350mm. The clamping adjustable stroke is 0-136mm and the shouldering adjustable stroke is 300mm, accommodating various die sets.
