Product Description
This machine serves workshops that produce tubular components from carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy steel. Its mandrel system supports the inner wall of the tube during bending, which reduces ovality and wrinkling on tight-radius work. The minimum bend radius is 30 mm and the maximum is 350 mm, covering most common tubular part geometries. The bending head rotates up to 190°, and the through-effective distance of 3000 mm allows long tube lengths to be fed through the machine.
All primary motions — clamping, pressure die, mandrel, and bend arm — are hydraulically actuated. The system motor is rated at 7.5 kW, the oil pump delivers 25 L, and maximum system pressure reaches 16 MPa. Hydraulic actuation provides consistent torque across the full bend arc, which helps maintain uniform wall thinning on thick-wall steel tubing.
The mandrel rod is paired with a wiper (crease-resistant) die and an assist-push mechanism. The mandrel follows the tube through the bend zone, the wiper die supports the outside radius, and the booster pushes material toward the bend point. Together these components reduce wrinkling, flattening, and cracks on tight-radius bends in thick-wall steel.
Bend angle is controlled by a high-precision imported encoder and a PLC with a touch-screen or text interface. The encoder feeds the actual bend angle back to the controller, which corrects hydraulic drift and holds repeatability at ±0.10°. Bending speed is set at 30° per second. Operators can store bend programs and switch between tube diameters by changing the tooling set.

The GM-SB-76NCB is used in the production of exhaust pipes, roll cages, furniture frames, scaffolding components, agricultural machinery tubes, and structural tubular parts.
