The GM-SB-76NCB is a full-hydraulic-driven tube bender controlled by a PLC with a touch screen interface (a text display is available as an alternative configuration). The machine is equipped with pipe clamping, a guide die, a mandrel, a wiper die (anti-crease tooling), a boost/assist push system, and bending tooling. Under hydraulic operation, the machine bends metal pipes of various dimensions in both standard and custom shapes. Bending angles are controlled by a high-precision imported encoder, ensuring consistent accuracy across production runs. The machine is designed with European tube-bending technology and manufactured in China, offering a cost-effective configuration for thick-wall steel processing.
The integrated mandrel system supports the inner wall of the tube during bending, preventing collapse, wrinkling, and excessive ovality — particularly important for thick-wall steel pipe at tight bend radii. The mandrel works with the wiper die to control the flow of material on the inside radius of the bend.
