GM-SB-CNC series CNC Single Head Bender is a combination of our technology with advanced Italian technology, which is combined with machine, hydraulics and electricity. This series adopts VDU touch screen operation panel, which can input, store and display various bending data and sequences. Y, B, C three motion coordinates under the precise control of the industrial computer can achieve fully automatic mandrel opening and closing or mandrel clutching for fast bending, CNC machine also has advanced features such as part bending rebound compensation, error self-diagnostic alarm, memory storage for safety protection after power failure. Tube bending (C-axis), tube rotation (B-axis) and tube feeding (Y-axis) are driven by servo motors. Advanced technology, high automation reliability, and integrated design make the CNC pipe bender a world-class pipe processing machine.
