2. If Any problems with the machine, our engineer will solve them for you through the computer first, most problems can be solved by changing parts, it can't, our engineer can go to your factory to solve them for you, we have experienced engineers especially for abroad market.

For mechanical parts, which were made by ourselves, we have plenty in our stock, if you need, we can send to you by courier at once.

For the JHPB-20 hydraulic bender it is usually recommended to use 820 ml of ISO VG 22 or ISO VG 32 hydraulic oil, for the JHPB-30 it is recommended to use 1700 ml. If necessary, lubricate lightly on all moving parts.
